What You Need to Provide for a Refund Request:

  1. Photos/Videos: Submit clear photos or videos of the damaged or incorrect item to help us verify the issue.
  2. Dispute Screenshots: Provide screenshots of the dispute, including the name, date, and content (e.g., complaints raised through PayPal, email, or our chat service).
  3. Tracking Number: If a return is requested by us, you must provide the tracking number to confirm the item has been sent back.

How to Request a Refund:

  • Contact Effortless Result customer service through the account support option in your dashboard.
  • Submit the required photos/videos and screenshots of the dispute to initiate the refund process.

Refund Processing:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (PayPal or credit card) or to your account balance, which can be used for future orders or withdrawn at your convenience.

Eligible Cases for Refunds:

  1. Damaged Products: If the product arrives damaged, we offer a full refund or replacement.
  2. Incorrect or Missing Products: In cases of incorrect or missing items, we provide a full refund or replacement without the need to return the incorrect item.
  3. Out of Stock: Full refunds are issued if the product is no longer available.
  4. Shipping Issues: If we cannot ship a product or if it is delayed (beyond 30 days for standard conditions and 40 days during peak seasons), we offer a full refund.
  5. Order Cancellation: Full refunds are provided if an order is cancelled before shipment, except for customized or branding project orders, which cannot be cancelled after 48 hours of payment.
  6. Missing Packages: If a package goes missing during delivery, a full refund will be issued.

Non-refundable Cases:

  • Delivered Orders: No refund or resend if the tracking shows 'order delivered'.
  • Unclaimed Packages: Destroyed by the carrier if not claimed within 48 hours.
  • Tracking Information Alerts: No refund for issues caused by incorrect address, refused packages, or customs clearance.
  • Disputes Denied: Including expired tracking info, specific shipping options, and orders to restricted destinations.

Dispute and Return Conditions:

  • Dispute Window: You can raise a dispute within 30 days from the receipt of the product.
  • Return Policy: While we generally do not recommend returns due to high shipping costs and long processing times, if a return is necessary, it must be done within 10 days in original condition, and you must cover the return shipping costs.
